He also means that you need both of them to achieve it. If you only have one then you won't get very far. You need both of them to become successful in life. You can't have one with out the other. It's like a bike, you need both wheels to get somewhere. If you only have one then you wont get very far. I agree with this quote and it make sense. People will like you because of you good character and people will find you successful because of your intelligence. Now thats a good combiniation. Always good to choose the right and if you follow these then you are definitly choosing the right.
