This is a quote by Arnold and I agree with him. What this quote means is that you won't go far in life if you don't have goals. You need goals so you can achieve them and be successful in life. Goals will encourage you to do better things in life. If you have no goals then what will you accomplish? Just like in football, if you don't know where the goalposts are then how will you succeed? You will be lost and won't know what to do in life. You'll be clueless and you need goals to choose the right. One goal can even be choosing the right. That will make you stay away from the bad and the wrong. People with no goals will choose the wrong and you wouldn't want to be one of those people.
