This is a quote made by the first presidents of the United States, George Washington. What this quote means is that you should only hang out with those who are good people. This means people who choose the right all the time. You shouldn't hang out with those who choose the wrong. You wouldn't want to hang out with those who do drugs or are lazy and foolish. Hang out with those who are always happy and obey their parents and do what they're supposed to do. Hanging out with the right crew is better since they'll warn you about things you shouldn't do and they are looking out for you. On the other hand though, if you hang out with the wrong crowd, they'll encourage you to do bad things. Hang out with the right people and choose the right.
